De-boned Lamb


  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard
  • 125ml Olive oil OR Macadamian nut oil
  • 2 Table spoons Lemon pepper
  • 1 Table spoon Parsley
  • 1/2 Table spoon crushed Mint leaves
  • 1/3 Tea spoon Thyme
  • Pinch Origanum


  1. Stuff the Leg of Lamb with garlic,olives or any ingredients you prefer
  2. Mix all ingrediens well and rub onto Leg of Lamb
  3. Wrap cling-film(Glad-wrap) and refrigerate for 1 hour

Heat your Braai well before you start ‘braai-ing’
