Cream Pudding

  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 Table spoons Butter
  • 2 Table spoons Apricot Jam
  • 2 Tea spoons Baking soda
  • 1/2 Cup Warm milk
  • 1 Tea spoon Vanilla essence
  • Sauce: 1 Cup Sugar
  • Sauce: 1 Cup Cream
  • Sauce: 3 Cups Milk
  • Sauce: 1 Tea Spoon Vanilla essence
  • Coffee & Tee

Directions

  1. Add all the sauce ingredients together and bring to a boil
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients together separately and add to boiling sauce mixture, table spoon full at a time
  3. Bake for 40 minutes
