Chocolate Cake

  • 310 ml Olive Oil
  • 560 ml Sugar
  • 2.5 ml Salt
  • 5 ml Vanilla Essence
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 4 Table Spoons Coco
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 750 ml Cake flour
  • Coffee & Tee

 

Directions

  1. Pre-heat Mini-Spibraai well
  2. Prepare 2 medium size pans with butter
  3. Mix olive oil, sugar, salt, and vanilla essence together
  4. Beat Eggs and add to mixture( mix well )
  5. Sieve flour and baking powder and add to egg mixture.
  6. Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
  7. Pour mixture into 2 prepared pans and bake for 15 minutes each
